我们收集本表所填的联系方式、能力和服务意向，用于志愿者申请审核、联系、培训及岗位安排。资料保存在团队服务器，不在官网公开展示；申请内容会发送至团队指定的 Gmail 邮箱 geip202407@gmail.com 供授权工作人员审核。服务器与 Google 邮件服务涉及境外存储及处理。

不上传身份证、护照、证件号码或敏感健康资料。需要查阅、更正或删除申请，请使用填写的联系方式联系上述邮箱并提供回执编号。若不希望通过本表传输资料，请先联系团队咨询其他方式。

提交并不代表录取，不自动获得服务时长或证书。请等待能力审核、岗前培训与岗位确认；未成年人需由监护人参与联系及后续安排。不要在未确认负责人、时间、地点和安全安排前自行开展服务。

Your contact details, skills and preferences are used for review and service coordination. Your application is stored on the team server and emailed to geip202407@gmail.com for authorized staff. This involves overseas storage and processing, including Google Gmail. Details are not published on the website. Do not provide passport/ID numbers or sensitive health information. Contact that email using your submitted contact details and reference number to request access, correction or deletion, or to discuss an alternative application method.

Submitting does not mean acceptance and does not grant service hours or a certificate. Skills review, safety orientation and role confirmation are required. Minors should involve their guardian in communication and arrangements.
